Project Overview
The house never had a central air-conditioning system. They would always use window units for air conditioning and a wall gas heater for heating, however the wall heater was emitting carbon monoxide into the house making it dangerous to live in. We removed wall heater repaired wall and install installed energy efficient heat pump heating and air-conditioning system. Customer also received $3000 in Smud rebates for this replacement.
